Aligning intention and purpose for the CEO of one of the world’s greatest food retailers. Heath supported the leader to understand how to manage his love of his company with his personal goals and ambitions. He coached him through a major acquisition and transition into retirement from the company he founded. He continues to work with this leader in areas of succession planning, negotiating his exit from the company, and identifying and achieving his next dreams.
Depth of Understanding working with one of the world’s most recognized celebrities who felt that he had lost control of his value creation and was sabotaging his commercial success. Through deep work to understand his most important values and ambitions, as well as a comprehensive review of the eco system, Heath coached the restructuring of the entire management entourage, returning complete creative control and unleashing creativity and ambition - resulting in 5x revenue growth reaching short-term goal of over $100 million in the first year.
Using curiosity to unlock unseen potential for legendary fintech founder who had lost his ambition. Heath was brought in to coach the co-founder of a legendary brand who, after two decades of growth, had lost his passion for the business. He coached the restructuring of the role which unleashed personal and corporate success, helping him exceed $1B in net worth and pursue his non-profit goals through the creation of his own foundation.
Focus on priceless to coach the leader to grow company from $4B to over $7.5B in 3 years. Together, they replaced most of the underperforming leadership team without any unexpected attrition. His work included creating coaching culture at company, placing coaches throughout the company, and aligning them all around key outcomes.
Heath worked for 20 years in the technology industry where he led significant transformations at 3 major tech companies. At Booz Allen Hamilton, Dell, and Hewlett Packard he filled a number of roles of expanding influence and authority, ultimately arbitrating the split of HP Enterprise and HP Inc data centers and tech stack.

Dell – he held responsibility for global data networks, Dell financial services, and implementation of automated procurement activities.

When he’s not coaching, Heath is an avid technical sport and trad rock climber. He enjoys the adventure and camaraderie of traveling the world to visit remote and beautiful mountains. The challenges of managing fear, exposure, pump, trusting your partner completely, making steady upward progress in challenging conditions, and the feeling of summiting a 1,000+ ft route at the summit are a great analogy to the challenges of living an authentic full life.

Grady has served in the U.S. Armed Forces for 17 years and currently supports and advises a Major General as a Numbered Air Force Staff Officer. He has served as an Air Force Squadron Commander and mentored numerous troops through all of life’s challenges. He has commanded a $40 million dollar aircraft, safely shepherded his crews in deployed locations, and served in several major combat zones since 2003.
Grady holds a BA in History from Texas A&M as well as a Masters in Military Operational Art and Science. He is a graduate of Squadron Officer School, Air Command and Staff College, and a student at Air War College. He has served as a C-130 Instructor and Evaluator Pilot for the U.S. Air Force and has thousands of hours instructing military pilots in the tactical airlift mission. He is also a professional pilot with a Major International U.S. Airline and travels all over the world interacting with the full spectrum of U.S. and International Leaders.
Dr. Noel Osborn

Noel Osborn is an executive coach and facilitator/trainer focusing on the development of effective leaders and teams. Noel has worked with many Fortune 500 companies and specializes in the use of “assessment for development” technology with clients. This process employs 360° (multi-rater) instruments to measure the personal impact of leaders and team members, supported by personality inventories which indicate the “why” behind the impact. The process has proven to be highly successful when used in conjunction with leader awareness interventions and team-building behavior development. Noel is also a specialist in the dynamics of high-performance teams and focuses on elements of “social intelligence” and “neuroscience” in understanding the inter-workings of group development.
Dr. Osborn has been associated with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL®) since 1979 and was responsible for bringing CCL’s Leadership Development Program (LDP)® to Mexico for Latin American leaders. In 1983, Noel formed TEAM International®, formerly a Network Associate of CCL. Since then, over 10,000 executives have taken TEAM International® programs across the American Continents, including some 7,500 Latin Americans.
As an executive coach, Noel works with senior managers and their teams, including C- level executives. Principal clients include Citigroup, where he has been one of the coaches for the Top-100 executive group. Noel has had a long-standing coaching/training relationship with many other organizations, including Colgate- Palmolive, DuPont, Pepsico/Frito-Lay, Unilever, Genzyme, and more recently, Airbus Helicopters, General Electric. and VF Corp.
Over the years, Noel has been active in many successful individual and group coaching interventions. His individual coaching experience principally comes out of assessment feedback with hundreds of participants in the context of their leadership development experiences with TEAM International®. After earning a B.S. in economics from Vanderbilt in 1988, he joined Ingenieurbüro Glöckl in Munich as a financial analyst for development projects with the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO). Here, he was responsible for projects in Africa, Asia, and Europe. He later managed joint ventures between organizations in various parts of Europe, helping to start new ventures in Poland, Turkey, Yugoslavia, and Russia. Shortly after the fall of the Berlin Wall, he moved to Ernst & Young in the former East German city of Leipzig, where he conducted mergers and acquisitions of former East German conglomerates. His work on numerous continents cuts across a diverse range of industries, including consumer products, medical device manufacturing, banking, and entertainment.
John returned to the United States in 1994 and joined Dell Computer Corporation as it was beginning its global expansion, setting up and managing financial systems across Asia.
